
Step 1. We will check your existing number to see if we can transfer you over to O2. This call will be even quicker if you have your BT bill to hand.
Step 2. We will find out which services you currently have and understand what you need from your landline service.
Step 3. We find the best O2 landline product for you.
Step 4. We will send you a contract with a full list of the services you’ve selected.
Step 5. Once we receive your signed contract we will call you back to go through the final implementation list and confirm how your bill should be set up.
Step 6. We will deal with the transfer of your line from an existing provider over to us.
Step 7. We will confirm your final Go live day.
Step 8. Once everything is transferred we will call you to confirm all your services are working smoothly.
Step 9. Then we will issue your first bill. You will retain your customer support contact for the first 30 days. After this period, we will be attending any issue with your Landline via 0800 269 546.
We guarantee your landline will be ready to use on time, or your first month’s line rental is on us.
