CASE STUDY - Morley Cars
The Objective
When Morley Cars contacted Challenger, they were paying for an old telephone system with a mixture of lines. Their existing telecoms system and despatch software infrastructure was ageing, causing major problems for Morley Cars and leaving them behind the competition.
Since their business relies on phone calls, it was vital that broadband and landlines were transferred over with zero downtime or delay.
The Solution
Challenger advised on the best provider for them and proceeded with an upgrade to SIP trunking when they were previously with an alternative despatch software. The ISDN and PSTN lines were ported to the new SIP trunk and over to Autocab® without any issues or downtime.
Morley Cars were extremely happy with their updated software and services and were impressed with the smooth transition and helpful and friendly support team.
