Prices 2025

We wanted to let you know that we will be implementing a price increase on some of our products. At Challenger Business Communications, we understand that keeping costs down is important to our customers, and we want you to know that we share that same commitment.

To ensure we can continue to provide our customers with market-leading products, at times we do have to follow our suppliers’ increases. The below services are due to have a price increase to effect from 1st April 2025:

PSTN Line Rental +£2.00 per line, per month

ISDN2 Line Rental +£3.50 per channel, per month

ISDN30 Line Rental +£2.00 per channel, per month

ISDN DDI +£0.20 per DDI, per month

PSTN/ISDN Ancillary Services +£1.00 per service, per month

SIP

EVE, Gamma, OneHub & VoiceFlex SIP Trunks +5% covering all monthly service charges including line rentals and bolt-ons

VoIP System License

Wildix VoIP +5%, per month covering all monthly service charges including line rentals and bolt-ons

8×8 VoIP +5%, per month covering all monthly service charges including line rentals and bolt-ons

Vanilla IP VoIP +5%, per month covering all monthly service charges including line rentals and bolt-ons

TelcoSwitch VoIP +5%, per month covering all monthly service charges including line rentals and bolt-ons

Flow VoIP +5%, per month covering all monthly service charges including line rentals and bolt-ons

Broadband

ADSL2+ Broadband +£2.00 per service, per month

FTTC Broadband +£2.00 per service, per month

GFAST Broadband +£2.00 per service, per month

SMPF Broadband +£2.00 per service, per month

MPF Broadband +£2.00 per service, per month

SOGEA Broadband +£1.00 per service, per month

FTTP Broadband +£1.00 per service, per month

Fibre Ethernet/Leased Line Broadband +5% per service, per month

Enhanced Care +10% per service, per month

Premium Care +10% per service, per month

Challenger Billed Mobile

O2 +6.4% Increase covering all monthly service charges including tariff line rentals and bolt-ons

Vodafone +6.4% Increase covering all monthly service charges including tariff line rentals and bolt-ons

Challenger Billed M2M SIM Cards

Multinet UK4Net +5% Increase covering all monthly service charges including tariff line rentals and bolt-ons

eSIM Multinet +5% Increase covering all monthly service charges including tariff line rentals and bolt-ons

All other M2M SIMs +5% Increase covering all monthly service charges including tariff line rentals and bolt-ons

Please note any discounts you currently may receive will remain in place at the current rate.
