Price Changes April 2026


We would like to inform you that we will be implementing a price increase on some of our products and services. We understand how important it is for our customers to manage costs carefully, and we share that commitment. However, in order to continue delivering reliable, market‑leading solutions, there are occasions where we must reflect increases passed on by our suppliers.


As a result, the services listed below will be subject to a price increase with effect from 1 April 2026.

VoIP System License

Wildix VoIP +7.3%, per month covering all monthly service charges including line rentals and bolt-ons

8×8 VoIP +7.3%, per month covering all monthly service charges including line rentals and bolt-ons

TelcoSwitch VoIP +7.3%, per month covering all monthly service charges including line rentals and bolt-ons

Flow VoIP +7.3%, per month covering all monthly service charges including line rentals and bolt-ons

 

Broadband

SOTAP Broadband +7.3% per service, per month

SOGEA Broadband +7.3% per service, per month

FTTP Broadband +7.3% per service, per month

Fibre Ethernet/Leased Line Broadband +7.3% per service, per month

Enhanced Care +10% per service, per month

Premium Care +10% per service, per month

 

Challenger Billed Mobile

O2 +7.3% Increase covering all monthly service charges including tariff line rentals and bolt-ons

Vodafone +7.3% Increase covering all monthly service charges including tariff line rentals and bolt-ons

 

Challenger Billed M2M SIM Cards

Multinet UK4Net +7.3% Increase covering all monthly service charges including tariff line rentals and bolt-ons

eSIM Multinet +7.3% Increase covering all monthly service charges including tariff line rentals and bolt-ons

All other M2M SIMs +7.3% Increase covering all monthly service charges including tariff line rentals and bolt-ons


Legacy Services

PSTN Line Rental +20% per line, per month

ISDN2 Line Rental +20% per channel, per month

ISDN30 Line Rental +20% per channel, per month

ISDN DDI +20% per DDI, per month

PSTN/ISDN Ancillary Services +20% per service, per month

ADSL2+ Broadband +20% per service, per month

FTTC Broadband +20% per service, per month

GFAST Broadband +20% per service, per month

SMPF Broadband +20% per service, per month

MPF Broadband +20% per service, per month

Vanilla IP VoIP +19%, per month covering all monthly service charges including line rentals and bolt-ons


Please note that any discounts you may currently receive will remain in place at their existing rate.

Why are prices increasing?

From time to time, our suppliers increase their costs. To ensure we can continue to deliver reliable, market‑leading products and services, we need to reflect some of these increases in our pricing.


When will the price increase take effect?

The new prices will apply from 1 April 2026.


Which services does the price increase apply to?

The price increase applies to services that were connected on or before 28 February 2026 and are listed in this notification. Services connected after this date will be charged at the rates applicable at the time of connection.


Will my existing discounts still apply?

Yes. Any discounts you currently receive will remain in place at their existing rate.


Do I need to take any action?

No action is required. The updated pricing will be applied automatically from 1 April 2026.


How will this affect my bill?

The increase will be applied to the relevant monthly service charges for affected products. If you would like a breakdown specific to your account, please contact your account manager.


Why are legacy services subject to a higher increase?

Legacy services such as PSTN and ISDN are being withdrawn across the industry and are increasingly costly to maintain. The higher increases reflect rising supplier and support costs.


What if I ordered a service before 28 February 2026 but it connected afterwards?

Pricing is based on the service connection date. Services that connect after 28 February 2026 will be billed at the rates applicable at the time of connection.
