Price Changes Ahead of the 2027 PSTN Switch-Off

In line with supplier-led changes associated with the nationwide retirement of legacy PSTN services—scheduled for full withdrawal by Openreach in January 2027—some of our legacy products will be subject to updated pricing. These adjustments reflect increases from our upstream suppliers and will take effect from 1st January 2026.

PSTN Line Rental +25% per line, per month

ISDN2 Line Rental +25% per channel, per month

ISDN30 Line Rental +25% per channel, per month

ISDN DDI +25% per DDI, per month

PSTN/ISDN Ancillary Services +25% per service, per month

Broadband

ADSL2+ Broadband +25% per service, per month

FTTC Broadband +25% per service, per month

GFAST Broadband +25% per service, per month

SMPF Broadband +25% per service, per month

MPF Broadband +25% per service, per month

Please note any discounts you currently may receive will remain in place at the current rate.

These updates form part of the wider industry move away from legacy based technology and support the continued delivery of consistent, well-maintained services throughout the transition.
